A vibrant young label based in the historic city of Oxford, setup by James Hockley, a Talented Music Producer, Engineer and Musician.

James started his career as an assistant engineer at Alien Studios, London in 1996, worked his way up to Chief Engineer, and started working with people such as Markus Dravs (Byork programmer, and MJ Cole, also completing many more sessions for Polydor, Island, ZTT, Creation, Sony Music and Sony Playstation. Always having a love of dance music, programming had become second na-ture, and in 2005 James created the idea of an internet based record label, where music he believed in could shine.

With both eyes firmly on the future, embracing the ever changing music industry, 0dB has a passion and commitment to producing and releasing QUALITY new music. Not only an outlet for James’ raw Talent, but, for like minded individuals that cross James' path.

With a passion for REAL dance music, 0dB strives to promote the talent that comes through its doors, globally via the internet.
